MB Overhead Pass
Target Muscles:
Stance:
Neutral stance with the feet hip to shoulder width apart.
Grip:
Open palms should firmly grasp the sides of the medicine ball overhead. A partner should stand around six feet away, or a wall can be used for a rebound.
Body Position:
Extend the arms from directly overhead to overhead in front of the torso, while keeping a slight bend at the elbows. Catch the return pass and quickly release the ball to minimize contact time with the medicine ball.
