Exercises presented in on the website can be customized to the athlete’s needs emphasizing on speed, power, endurance, agility and quickness. All exercises are divided into blocks (e.g. power exercises, dynamic stretching, etc.), which enables the athlete or his/her coach to create an effective and efficient training program by picking and choosing from a great variety of exercises without having prior extensive expertise in exercise and sports science principles. Proper exercise programming and execution will prevent injuries and ensure physical optimization. Each exercise presented on the website has a detailed exercise description, including pictures and “common errors” section, which ensures proper exercise execution for beginners and advanced athletes alike.
